¡Hola!

Mi nombre es Yessica, pero generalmente me llaman Yess.

Hace algunos años deje mi país, mi familia, amigos y trabajo por seguir el amor y mi corazón. Sin saber que en este lado del mundo me iba a encontrar a mí misma. A través de Yoga.

En este pequeño espacio les comparto un poco de mi pasión por Yoga, la comida, la belleza del mundo y el vivir.

Hi there,

My name is Yessica, but Yess is how most people call me.

Some years ago I left my family, my friends, my job and my country to follow my heart towards love.

And I found it.

To love and respect myself came from yoga.

Yoga came to me on DVD when I was 17, on and off I practice until I found myself in a position where I had nothing else to do, but to take care of myself. Could not work, could not study and couldn’t even volunteer! Yoga had my back.

That time was the hardest, but at the same time, the happiest of my life. I found myself, I found my true calling and I changed -and everything around me did too, for the better.

I have created this little space to share a bit of my passion for Yoga, food, the beauty of the world and life.
